Where is my parcel?
After placing an order, it usually takes 1–2 working days for us to process it and 4–6 working days for delivery if the order was placed before 5 p.m.
If this time frame has been exceeded, please contact our customer service team.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that the tracking link may take a short time to activate.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.
Enter the number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
