30‑day return policy
We offer a 30‑day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return label.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If you have not seen the refund after 15 working days, please contact us at Support@estaurantesacha.site
Damaged or incorrect products
Inspect your item upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
